Visiting the website
When you open a page, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested address, browser identifier) to deliver the page and keep the service secure. SummitBib itself does not store IP addresses. For statistics we only count how often a page was viewed per day, language and channel (e.g. utm_source), without reference to a person.
We use no cookies, embed no third-party services (no trackers, no ads, no external fonts or scripts) and build no user profiles.
Reminders and race pass reservations
When you sign up for reminders, we process your email address, your choice (reminders only or race pass reservation), optionally your category (individual or relay), the language of the page, the channel of your visit and the time and wording of your consents. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your sign-up only takes effect once you click the link in our confirmation email.
After confirming, you can voluntarily answer four questions about the price and one about your purchase intent. We only evaluate the answers in aggregate.
Retention
- We delete unconfirmed sign-ups after 7 days.
- When you unsubscribe, we delete your email address immediately. Only anonymous counts and your price answers without reference to your address remain.
- We delete reminder-only sign-ups 30 days after the last deadline of the race, unless you also agreed to be informed about the launch of SummitBib.
- We keep race pass reservations and consents to launch news until the launch, at the latest until the race day of the race the race pass is for.
Recipients and processors
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany; servers in the European Union.
- Email delivery: Metanet AG, Switzerland. The EU Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Switzerland.
We do not pass data on to race organizers or other third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw a consent at any time with effect for the future, most easily via the unsubscribe link in every email. Send requests to info@summitflow.li. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of the Principality of Liechtenstein (www.datenschutzstelle.li).
